The geek squad who installed the tv in our house is very knowledgeable and really knows what he is doing.

This is my 2nd time using GSM to mount a tv. They arrived on time and got to work. The main installer was knowledgeable, professional and went the extra mile to ensure the service was excellent. The sidekick installer could use some coaching but I suspect he was in training. He made a few akward comments regarding our electronic brand choices but seem to know very little about them. I won't hold that against GS as ultimately the performed the service they were paid to do.

James & Josh with Geek Squad were amazing. They had the 77" TV and soundbar setup in no time. They took care of all the packing and gave some great tips. Would highly recommend them and the Geek Squad.

Geek squad was very knowledgeable, fast, and neat. They gave me a two hour window when they was coming and kept me updated the entire time. They explained everything they was going todo before they did it. They made sure I was satisfied where they was mourning the Tv and got my approval before they placed it. I’ll never let anyone mount my TVS besides geek squad. The amount for this service is totally worth it for the great quality work you receive.

The geek squad workers that came in and helped put it up were very informative and made the process nice and easy!!!

The company was great but no one mentioned to me that we had to supply the mounting bracket. For the cost, I thought it would have been included. I received multiple for.s of communication on how to prep for the installation and NEVER did it say to have a mount ready. Had to reschedule after they arrived so that I could purchase a mount.

Two installers arrived and started immediately. Carried in my 77 inch LG and started to mark off the install area. Mounted the mount and then installed the hidden outlet. Hung the TV and programed it and removed all the trash and away they went. Perfect from start to finish

Service was excellent and well worth it for peice of mind when handling a large TV.
