    The agent that was sent out had a ride along The TV was mounted quickly, but not in the center of the space that it was supposed to fit in. I feel I should have asked me if I wanted closer to the left or to the right. And you did not connect any of my devices.I connected them

    I good agent but i thought the price was a little steep he did a good job but there price for job is a bit pricey he clean up behind himself overall was good work.

    Great job. Techs were very capable, polite, and efficient. They removed all packaging and made sure they observed COVID precautions. Set up was excellent and they walked me through all the TV features and options. An extremely positive experience and worth every penny of the service fee. Would use this option again and highly recommend the Geek squad.
