My LG 75" Tv was mounted and installed by Luis Flores and his helper Xavier. They are qualified Best Buy installers. We had to wait for them to be scheduled for 2 weeks. The Geel Squad could not do the installation for over a month and this was a gift for December. As it was, the gift was installed after the gift date but the installers that BB uses were terrific.

The squad arrived on time and quickly installed the TV mount. No issues.

Jesse was great. There were issues with the scheduling of second appointment needed because of issues behind the wall where the TV was mounted. Additional parts were needed. But Jesse told me what was needed. The Joliet store made the second appointment but apparently made a mistake at entering the appointment. This led to multiple appointment cancelations. It was finally resolved and Jesse came out to complete the install. He called with arrival time. Good Job Jesse!

Ken from Geek Squad was the best. He was fast and efficient. Set everything up and explained everything he was doing and helped to get the TV set up and running.

The agent was great installing and mounting our TV. Several items I purchased at Best Buy did not fit and/or were not the correct items and agent had what was needed in his truck to complete installation. Geek Squad agent did a wonderful job. He took the time to explain the technology part of new TV, remote etc. Highly recommend using Geek Squad especially if you are not comfortable with technology.

They did a great job installing my television and sound system!

Showed up in time and installed the mount and TV. We wanted it installed centered to the wall however they installed it center to the one wall edge and the door in the open position. Wasn’t happy at first since it wasn’t centered the way I wanted. However over time it was probably a better positioning and like it.

Excellent customer service! The installation is perfect. I was working from home on a zoom call during the installation and the representative was kind enough to ask when a good time was to drill due to the call. He also paused the installation when I needed to unmute. Very kind and accommodating. & he still finished much sooner than originally expected.

Agent mounted my TV and connected to all devices. Very pleased with their work!
