Agents attached tv to direct tv device. When they were here originally, the cord was not long enough. They did not have a longer cord on truck. So we accepted where direct tv device had to be. However, we had trouble turning it on as it was under a piece of furniture. So we had to re-schedule them once we bought the correct length cord.

They did a good job mounting my tv. But nothing special. Not worth $140. You can find some cheaper to do this

Brent did a wonderful, professional: job: he was on time, very pleasant, worked with me on determining where on the wall to mount the TV, cleaned up after the installation, explained how to operate the TV and remote, and answered all my questions. Love the in-wall installation!
