The agent’s were on time and professional and were out in no time.

4 weeks ago we had 3 geek squad agents out to install our new QLED 85" TV with a tilting rack install, move a TV set to a different location, install a cable modem and then install an eero system. Did a great job. Later another agent came out to install the Ring Doorbell, which died the next day. Today 2 agents came out and pronounced the Ring Doorbell as "DEAD", and I am not sure when they will replace or upgrade the unit. Too many trips for too long a time, and still not working.

The agent mounted my sister's TV as a Xmas gift and connected cable TV. The soundbar could not be mounted because I did not have the proper equipment. Before my appointment, I inquired with the BB installation department and I was told the installers would bring what they needed. Of course this didn't happen, the installers said I was to provide the TV and soundbar mounts.

First of all, the communication with the installation team was great. They contact you right away to provide their direct contact info and then they send reminders via email and phone as you approach the actual installation date. On the day of installation, they were on time and got the job done in about 20 minutes. They did excellent work and my daughter was very pleased with her new mounted 4K TV. Great job guys.

The 86" LG TV is perfect for the family room. The picture is extremely clear and the color is rich! Geek Squad installed my TV extremely fast with the mount. The total tech program is perfect for me. I do not have any worries about Best Buy products with this program!!!
