The crew that came to mount the TV did a great job & were very professional & efficient.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job of installing my new Sony 75" tv to the wall in my master bedroom. They expertly placed it exactly where I wanted it to be and hooked up all of my devices. I really appreciated all the the communication prior to and during the installation process. I would highly recommend paying for this service. It is money well spent.

My husband and I live in a double-wide manufactured home. Installation on the walls of these homes is a little different than a regular home. The installation by Chris was well-thought-out and he had a great knowledge of the wall structure. Installation was a breeze! We are very satisfied with Best Buy installation of our flat screen TV.

Austin was our technician, he called the morning of our appointment and gave us an approximate time he would be arriving and then called when he was on his way so this was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating for where we wanted the TV's installed, he was neat and everything was done perfectly.

The agent Kenny was outstanding, I can't say enough good things about his professionalism, courtesy and work product. However the services listed on the site are very misleading. I find it very doubtful that anyone settles for the basic installation that is on the website. Best Buy should be more upfront with the different options that will likely be needed.
