Ordinarily I wouldn’t pay the money to have someone mount my tv but I live in a really old building with terrible walls so I decided to fork over the cash to protect the money I spent on the tv. The person from the geek squad was quick and incredibly knowledgeable. So although Best Buy’s price is steep, the service is top notch. Probably even better if you have a lot of items to connect to your tv and aren’t very technically savvy

Two knowledgeable and polite gentlemen showed up on time to set up ournew TV. They wre careful and neat. And they showed my wife how the controls work and how to activate certain functions on the TV.

The agents mounted my TV quickly and connected it to all my devices

Two young men came to mount/install a 65' TV and sound bar. They were extremely knowledgeable - we really appreciated their patience while conducting a "mini training session" on the new tv and sound bar. I would definitely use them again - it was well worth the money!

Wonderful technician! Highly recommended but make sure your appointment was scheduled because the app accidentally dropped my first appointment. Besides the app though the actual technician they sent, Alex, was wonderful!
