They took the time to explain some pointers about the tv and ask me where I wanted it to be mounted. While they were there, Lowe’s had also showed up with a fridge and wanted to chat them up about their equipment, but they weren’t having it and focused on doong their job. Well done!

No problems with the setup. They were very efficient, and prompt with a professional setup. I had already setup my stand but they unboxed and attached bracketing quickly then mounted TV securely after which they removed all packaging.

Our installation expert was on time, professional, and friendly. He explained how everything works, educated my guests while installing and did exactly as i asked making the frame and controller component completely unified as one unit. His cord management practices are better than expected.
