The geek squad mounted my tv without hesitation very professional and friendly

The Geek squad did an excellent job of carefully mounting a TV on wall

took awhile to get the logistics ironed out but did have it for the big game

Too expensive and not really professional. But ok. The tv is mounted at the wall and still hanging.

Agents were excellent but after they left I realized that TV was mounted about 2" too high for my needs. Had to bring Geek Squad back to adjust mount for proper height. I should have and Geek Squad should have made sure aesthetics of how TV was mounted was without question satisfactory before leaving.

The agents removed my DIRECTV’s box from inside the wall so I could return it to DIRECTV. Didn’t quite reset the TV to my Apple TV box. Still shows DIRECTV when turning on the tv. I still have to reset input and reset sound to external speakers.

The 2 Geek Squad reps did an excellent job removing and hauling away my old TV and mounting and connected the new unit. They were efficient and courteous and did a great job cleaning up.

I appreciate how helpful and accommodating it is to work with Geek Squad. I have no reservations when it comes to them helping me from technical set ups to simple labor installs! One of the few services I pay for (total tech support) that is totally worth it. Keep up the fantastic work!
