Watched how efficient and quickly they unpacked and hung the tv

Went beyond expectations to mount TV given issues with wall.

If you spending thousands of dollars on a big screen TV do you want to chance dropping it

I think the geek squad is a great program. I’m just disappointed they changed it. I think they shouldn’t have been so greedy and I would have been a repeat customer. Now once it expires I’m done with Best Buy.

The agents were both very knowledgeable and courteous. In addition to a smooth install, removing the packing material, they let me know the capabilities of my new TV.

Yes, they did all but one going to buy a new 4k disc player. They took down the 65" Sony TV, then put up the new 65" Sony TV. Also were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Also, they worked well together. I would have them back anytime we have trouble.

The agent had called 2 days prior to the visit asking questions with covid related. Making sure everyone was good on their end as well. Then the day of to let us know when they will be in. They came with masks and they had gloves. They did it quick and efficient. They were very polite and let me know all that is about the mount and TV. I would definitely recommend!

Seth and Ken did an EXCELLENT job setting up my mom's new television. So professional and helpful!!!! When they were finished, almost nothing hand changed so that she began using the new television immediately. I will most definitely be requesting them for my next installation.
