The Geek Squad quickly installed my TVs and provided useful tips on tech gadgets.

The associate reviewed how to use the remote since this was a change from my previous one . I do wish there was a user manual enclosed for the T.V. I have tried to get one from Best Buy and also Samsung , however no luck . I would like the manual for the TV . I feel that for purchasing it at close to one thousand dollars , a manual should be included.

Geek squad is well worth the money. They are professional in every way. I have used them on multiple occasion. After an installation they called me the next day to check that everything was working as it should. I had a question about something and they even stopped back by the house the next day to help me. The Squad guys mounted my new 82" QLED tv, connected all components that were there from my old tv, and got everything working perfectly. Josh & Robert did a great job placing the wall mount on the wall, hanging the tv on the mount, and making sure everything worked as before. The really know their stuff and are two great guys. They are an asset to Best Buy. Thanks for a job well done guys.

New installation of a 65 inch television was done quickly and perfectly.

Five star service with the GEEK squad instaslling my 86 inch TV with the wall mounting. They got right to work, communicated with me throughout the install to make sure they did what I wanted; they even cleaned up when they were finished and took away the boxes and packaging. Could not be more pleased with their work. Totally professional!!!!

The team came in and hung my sound bar and tv above my fire place. and the tv in my sons room.
