    Bought a 55" SAMSUNG. BE CAREFUL. Geek Squad is great, but the TV still does NOT work. Took an hour for the Geek Squad to set it up. Had to use two different remotes to use it. Two times, I couldn't get it to work. Geek Squad needs to come out again. It's been over two weeks and still does NOT work.

    Agent did a great job installing all my devices - 75" big screen tv, sound system and mounting rack. Made sure I knew how to use my new entertainment system and respected my home by clearing all packaging and work materials

    The geek squad came in, installed my tv with the wall mount and they alsp tuned my tv for what was optimal and wouldn't burn my oled screen
