They brought the tv in, unboxed, mounted and hauled away the debris. Cordial and personable tech. Other than our great tv now on the wall, we never would have known so much went on to do this!

my TV stand was install and excellent service, once I got the appointment set up to have the service took a while to get this appointment set up due to something with Best Buy system, lucky I had the good service at the Best buy store with Assistance Manager to assist in making sure this was corrected.

They were so kind and respectful. I asked question along the process because like anyone in their right mind, I don't want my TV to fall of in the middle of the night and die. They explained everything. HUGE plus was that they put on protective booties when they walk in the door to keep your home clean, and then they make sure to leave no mess behind. Super happy with the service. Well worth the money

Decided to upgrade our tv from 45" to 65" and have really enjoyed the new tv. The salesperson at the store understood my lack of knowledge about the big screen tv's and gave us very good advice on the different makes. He also told us about the Geek Squad of Best Buy and I'm happy we took his advice and took advantage of it. I would have never gotten the tv hung on the wall and connected on my own.
