The gentlemen who hooked up our new TV were very knowledgeable and helpful. We were not aware we needed some different hookups for the cable, but with their help we did have the ones needed to hook up the VCR/disk player. They were respectful, kind and efficient.

The Team that came to our house were awesome, very professional, friendly, fast, efficient and had displayed amazing customer service. Please recognize them as they are great representatives of Best Buy.

1st agent who was a third party didn’t know what spacers were and hung the tv at an upward angle. 2nd agent who was a third party couldn’t install a tilt mount ( he didn’t have the tools), 3rd agent was a geek squad member installed the tv with spacers but too high and left all the trash. Tv is beautiful. Just the whole experience with techs was a disappointment. Best Buy offered me a gift card for the inconvenience which I have yet received and it’s been a month.

My new TV was installed only to be found later to have a manufacturing defect. The installing agents came back (with appt) a few days later to install the replacement TV and even improved the setup. They also removed the old mounting for an older TV that was a few feet away to make the cleanup easier.

The two technicians were awesome! They were polite and professional, from arrival thru to completion. They were very focused on ensuring the installation met my requirements.

The Geek Squad arrived on time to install my new 65" Samsung 4K television. They were able to fit it into a tight space perfectly. They also attached my computer to the large screen so it is easier for me to read the pages. I am very pleased with the installation and the pleasant manners of the installers.
