    Technician called several days before to confirm everything. I was notified via text 1 hour prior to technician's arrival on the day of installation. Two technicians arrived wearing masks for my family's safety. They were done within an hour or so. They cleaned up after completion. No problems at all.

    The agents were very competent and extremely patient. The two requests I had were assuring my Wii was working and setting up Airplay. They worked diligently and got the Wii working, but AirPlay was a problem. It turned out that Sony is aware of this problem and is working to fix it.

    The members of the Geek Squad team were very knowledgeable and willing to give advice and suggestions on the TV that I had purchased. They wore mask and rubber gloves throughout their time in our house. They did a great job mounting the TV on my wall and programming my TV to a point that I could just sit down and turn in on. That's service.

    Having a TV mounted on a wall was expensive to me, but I also included hiding the wires, so that was extra. I'm still happy with the purchase.
