My appointment time was from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. The technician showed up very close to noon and was here for approximately two hours. I was placing the new TV across the room from where the old TV was situated so I purchased extra coaxial cable for the technician to easily connect to the new location. My issue is that the technician didn't have the equipment to trim the cable to the proper length. So now I have about five extra feet of coax cable coiled up. When I asked about trimming the cable he says he doesn't have the equipment to do that. He said it requires a tool that you spin around the cable to cut it to the proper length and expose the end and an additional tool that you need to punch the connector into the cable. So now... apparently I'll have to now purchase these tools or find someone else to come out and trim this to the proper length. To me, for $200, this should be part of the installation service. Disappointing.

Received a text the service men would arrive at 2:05 pm. They showed up at 12:30pm. We were not ready for them and they came back at 1:30pm. The tv mount was put up ok but after they left the tv did not work properly. Apparently the wiring was hooked up wrong. I reconnected the wiring to get it to work properly. Not worth the $250 they charged. Best Buy is not what they used to be.

Great for television mounting anywhere inside house

The whole process was very smooth and easy. We had a 70” TV installed on our brick wall on our back patio. It took them less than 30 minutes.

Good service, but I wish the installer had spent just a bit more time on the setup. He zipped through them so fast, I could not see what settings he 'assumed' I wanted. I went in and changed a few after he left. Wish he'd have asked me instead of setting them to 'average user' settings.

unfortunately, my installation wasn't routine as i had a surround sound bose which wasn't compatible with 4k -hdmi. After several appointments the geek squad was able to diagnose the problem and I ordered a converter, The tech came shortly after it arrived and got the tv working perfectly. I'm a happy camper.

Very helpful people and friendly, Aldo made sure I understood my products.

Three techs arrived on schedule and on time. They installed 5 TV mounts and hung 5 Big screen TVs. They adjusted each TV and cleaned up in each room prior to departure. They also removed all the empty boxes and packaging. Great guys great service and a very good tip was in order.
