We couldn't be happier with our wall mounted TV and sound bar. They're at the perfect height.

Bought the TV and Mount and scheduled the service. They were on time and did a great job installing the unit. This is the third one we have had done. I will use them again.

The installers did a great job. They were kind & efficient. They even drilled a hole in the wall to run the cord through after we requested this. They cleaned up their mess & were out the door in about 30 minutes.

Chris did a awesome job and even after having a few problems with routing the wires through the stones was upbeat and so unbelievably professional . He was able to provide a longer HDMI cable and then return the unused mount for us and follow up with a text that afternoon with the price difference. Thank you for having him on your team

The tech installers mounted our tv and connected all the cords through rhe back. This was our 2nd tv we had mounted. Also had our Soundbar mounted to the bottom of the tv. Looks so much better then having everything on our dresser.

Really can't say enough good things about the two geek squad techs who came out to install this. Not only did a great job getting this up and running, but also helped me out on a TV I had purchased earlier. Definitely went above and beyond. Excellent manners and communication skills along with being very sharp technically

Let’s start off by them not having the mount when they came. That was Best Buy’s agents fault. The two guys looked like they wanted to leave before they got there, eyes were red. Second round of installers johnathan and Keith were amazing, yet the product was defective. Round 3, I get one guy that first came out not two people for an 85 inch tv wall mount. Tell me how that adds up. It was a nightmare, I spent so much money with Best Buy and I just wanted my tv mounted. I spent maybe 5 hours contacting Best Buy. Rescheduling,rescheduling, they would cancel every other time. Was a disaster. Also a couple days after the install the tv went on sale and I asked for a price match, they told me no because it was purchased in September. Even though it was installed right before.

The agents seemed to be in a big hurry. They left without connecting my DVD player and did not program my Direct TV remote. I was pleased that they were able to mount the tv on my wall. Had I to do it over again, I would have just hired a handyman and connected the tv myself. I also had to wait almost 3 weeks to scedule the service. They very neat and removed boxes.

The only problem we had is the installation contractor you used ( not Geek squad) wouldn't tale our old TV in spite of the fact we are Total Tech customers unless we paid $25. Please send him out again to pick it up.
