The TV was a good choice. The sound bar was a different story. It was not hookup correctly therefore all my sound is coming from the TV. I’ve had to order another sound bar after I had another Geek squad member take a look at it. Now waiting for that to arrive so I’m able to truly enjoy the TV.

Service was first grade - from the setup of the TV mount, the TV installation and the clean up thereafter, The team had all the needed tools and materials with them to ensure the TV mount I ordered was securely installed to ensure the 55" TV I had ordered could be securely hung up. I would hire this team again every time.

The agent who mounted my TV was super helpful. He installed my Apple TV and set up it on the monitor.

We had a warranty return and paid for the new tv to be mounted. The first time they came, they didn't have the replacement tv because they thought they were coming to service the old one. We had to get a new appointment which took a little longer. Once they had that straightened out, the installation went very well. It was quick and a very good and thorough job.
