    I have setup tvs with other companies and I will never do so again! Best Buy’s people are so skilled and qualified. Only took them 30 minutes and they made sure my husband and I were okay with the location. Incredible to work with!

    Had the Geek Squad mount our TVs. Great client service. Had to ask them to come back several times because either our mount doesn't fit or delivery issue, but they were very accommodating. Provided extra service by fixing our remote control. They were also observant of social distancing so very appreciate of them. Great to have them helped us.

    What I needed was to have the 65 inch HD TV that is on my wall mount replaced with my new 65 inch 4K TV. I also needed the previous TV placed on its stand for placement someplace else. Add in a few accessories and this was a task that called for more than one person. Enter the Geek Agents and it was just a case of answering some questions and then relaxing as the job was done to perfection in no time.
