They installed the mount on schedule with no issues

Ashley is the best. This is the second time she has been in our home to mount a big screen television. She is always efficient, professional, and quality oriented. She cares about her customers and always follows up on her work. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Thank you Geek Squad!

The installers got finger prints all over the new screen (and didn't clean them off), TV was left a little lopsided and cords not securely tucked up in the back. They also had little interest in showing me how to navigate the TV remote and the soundbar remote. Also, in the past, I haven't been left with the enormous boxes to deal with. Would I use them again? Probably out of convenience but not because it was outstanding.

The men who came to install the TV were very polite and kind. The first TV they brought was busted and they had to go back to the store to get a new one. They also picked up a splitter and wire that was needed to connect my Cable box, something I had been unable to figure out on my own.

The agents were very thorough and explaining. I wish I would have known more questions to ask cause. I was not familiar with fire t. V. Did your job and we're very friendly well tonight

The agent who brought out my tv did everything . He hung it, hooked up my sound bar and dvd. Plus he took time to explain everything on the remote. And he took the old tv and the tv box with him. I'm so thankful I am a Geek Squad member.

Hugo and Israel deliver concierge service. They are punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and also kind and friendly. Could not be more pleased with the entire delivery and setup process. Also, Jeremiah, their supervisor, is the BOMB and I appreciated all of his assistance with my scheduling also.
