Early arrival & excellent installation 7 answer additional questions

I recently purchased an 85" Sony X900H TV. The TV legs were just barely too wide to fit on my TV stand, so that made the decision to mount the TV an easy one. Geek Squad came to my house, and had the TV mounted on the wall within 30 minutes. They were quick, did a high quality job, and took care to make sure the TV was level.

Chris from Geek squad was excellent. He knew exactly what he needed to he also program the TV for me. set up the sound bar did everything I asked of him to do. I would highly recommend him to be a teacher of any new colleagues coming in.

I purchased my TV from Best Buy and purchased the mount off of Amazon. I bought a 55in /TV for my outdoor covered Patio. The guy from geek squad installed it perfectly on my siding. He was polite, respectful of my things and home. He did a quick and great job installing the TV exactly where I wanted it.

I had delivery plus installation for LG TV, scheduled for 7:30am to 11:30am. but unfortunately delvery guy didnt show up , I was waiting home all day. despite multiple calls I didnt get any assitance, I took off from work to stay home for this delivery. I was so excited for new TV, but Geek squad delivery team ruined it. Now they are saying me to reschedule it and wait for another two weeks as they dont have any appointments available. Dont use this service if you can pickup and setup this by yourself. Its so much painful. Amazon delivery is much better and always on time.

fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. everything works after they left and they explained everything about the TV and remote. Also answered questions , even those unrelated to actual TV functions. site was clean when they left.
