The agents mounted my new TV and connected all my devices. They did an excellent job. Unfortunately, there is a "fire brake" in the wall and they couldn't install the in-wall cord concealer. I have to hire an electrician to do that.

My husband and I recently purchased a vacation home and got 3 televisions and 3 sound bars from Best Buy. Had all equipment installed by Best Buy which was awesome and did not take very long. We installed one tv and hooked up sound bar and it took hours. So nice having professionals do the work in no time at all!

This is my second time using the Geek squad to set up a TV wall mount with wiring. They always do a great job. Jacob was very helpful in setting it all up for me and even helping with adding LED lights to the back before mounting. I will always go with them when I get a new TV to hang on the wall.

I searched every aspect of the OLED TV'S, and decided on the 77" LG OLED EVO. I have to say, this is the best picture I've seen. It is bright, and the colors just pop. I want to watch everything now. Easy remote. No poblems.

I don’t understand a lot of technical stuff. I did my best to order and pay for a wall of t and installation. The kind man came out and mounted the TV. But I wanted the cords, wired, cables to be hidden in the wall He said I didn’t ask fir that. I may have not. He asked if I was a geek squad member. I didn’t know. Turns out I am. I paid the membership. What was frustrating was he wouldn’t or couldn’t look me up in the data base. He refused to put the cables in the wall. He was there to only mount the TV. That’s it. Ok but what poor professionalism. Best Buy needs to fix the glitch If a customer like me didn’t order exactly to the nut and bolt your Geek squad should have everything needed on the truck. I asked. The kind man said he doesn’t carry extra parts. I would have gladly paid for the extra service. Best Buy lost out. How many other customers have lost out of what they needed. Geek squad needs to be more customer friendly Huge loss

On the day of installation, I was notified that a Geek Squad installer was being changed to a 3rd party contractor. I joined an online chat and was informed that no Geek Squad was available but assured the installer is a professional installer. The installer arrived alone and was frantically calling for someone to come assist with the 90lb Sony tv. He answered 4-5 telephone calls while trying to install and none of the calls were related to my install. He proceeded to encourage DIRECT Tv instead of my current provider. He recommended that I return the Sony Sound bar and buy an LG instead. He said our HDMI was “junk” but has no offer of a replacement option. He said the TV wouldn’t fit in the new custom made wall. Important to note that the wall was designed and build specifically for THIS TV and wasn’t even constructed until after the TV was purchased. He was clearly unable to read the tape measure and said he was only “80%” confident that it fit. Once we helped him read the tape measure he realized it would fit PERFECTLY. He then provided no instructions on how to use the sound bar. He clearly has no product knowledge. I asked for assistance with a hearing aid tv connector. After trying 6-7 times I said never mind. The next day, I retuned to Best Buy where I learned that the hearing aid device can’t work with a second blue tooth device (which installer has no clue about). After retuning to Best Buy the next day, I was given a new Geek Squad installation team who did a great job the next weekend. The new crew adjusted our color and adjusted the sound and explained everything.

I had the best service on mounting my TV to my wall.
