Best customer service that I have experienced!! The agent was prompt and mounted my TV and reduced the number of remote controls I was using from 3 to 1.

This was an overall wonderful experience. Agents arrived on time and used tremendous care in the mounting and installation of our new TV. They also cleared the area of debris once their process was complete.

The Geeks delivered, mounted, set up my TV and explained it's operation. It was fast and very helpful. I could never have done it myself. They took the frustration out of the task.

The team that installed my new wall T.V. was great. Calm and professional, they handled every request. There were a few glitches -- mostly from my not understanding the process. However, everything was done smoothly and to my complete satisfaction. My new T.V. is great -- makes viewing easier and the room looks less cluttered. I would definitely recommend the installation crew to anyone who needs help.

The service rep did an excellent job explaining that it was faster and less expensive to connect power for the Firestick to an open USB port on the side of the TV (versus dismounting and remounting the TV to access an outlet a hard to reach outlet). Very friendly and fair minded.

The 2 techs that came to the house were very knowledgeable and took their time setting hanging the TV and taking care of the installation. After they programmed both the TV remote and cable remote to the TV, they took the time to show us how to use them.

This is a great way to have the TV installed. Everything was done professionally.

The agents installed the new mount I'd purchased and mounted the tv on the wall, just as I had requested. Steve then took the time and showed me how to use the remote. He was very patient as I asked quite a few questions, and instructed me how to use the tv remote I really don't know what I'd do without the assistance of the Geek Squad.
