Geek squad was on time and efficient
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After it was discovered the sales agent ordered the wrong set up options, the Geek Squad assisted me all they could in the time frame that was set up for the appointment. It was supposed to be set up as an installation of all the equipment I purchased, not just the basic TV mounting. The guys helped me coordinate all of the pieces and a little of the electronics. They were great! The overall experience, not so much.

Geek squad installed my TV

They were accommodating and very knowledgeable. Since we couldn't put the TV exactly where we wanted, they were great at problem solving the issue to ensure we were happy with the placement. Great team and conversation.

Worth the price of admission……and then some!

Even though the mounting options proved to be somewhat problematic, Tom is a "get-it-done" kinda guy. Geek Squad is the reason I signed onto BB's Total Protection Plan, which has more than paid for itself in the time I've been a subscriber.
