The tech was very good. had the tv mounted and running in less than an hour.

The Geek squad crew was awesome. They arrived as scheduled and did a fantastic job mounting the TV. They left everything clean and tidy.

The Geek Squad guy did his job of installing the TV as supposed on the wall with one or two hints on how to use the remote.

Joshua and Jason did a great job mounting two TV’s in my new home. They were on time, professional, and friendly. Joshua made a point to tell describe all my options and explained everything I needed to know about the mount and TV access. He called the next day to make sure I was pleased with product. I would definitely use this service again.

I have always wanted to have a big screen mounted in my area the basement the wife rules the rest of the house and it’s ok I got my mounted 85 in nothing else matter! Be happy my friends and get it done right..Salute!!!!

Jason and George did an AWESOME job at mounting my 75" TV. In fact, I messed up on communicating where I wanted the positioning of my TV and they even came back to redo the whole thing. They were super fast and also really friendly and great to talk to! Couldn't have asked for better service.

The geek squad agents showed up on time, very professional, and stayed with me until I was comfortable using the remotes, etc. If possible, try and have the Geek Squad themselves come out instead of a third-party vendor

Installers were expert and cheerfully mounted the TV being replaced to a new location. Very much appreciated!

The agents who came were EXTREMELY nice and so helpful. The TV is beautifully mounted over our fireplace and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I wish I got their names, but I am so thankful for them!

We are so happy we ordered installation from the Geek Squad. These guys were awesome! They even brought a vacuum to collect the dust while drilling the wall. Highly professional and knowledgeable. They even helped with some related issues that was not part of their job but they gladly helped us out

Ordered service online. Had to contact customer service because the system placed a maintenance program on my order. Charges were to be reversed, have not ! Service was charged to another credit card. Online orders are clumsy and force the maintenance program. I have disputed the initial online charge and I would appreciate your response to resolve the overcharge. Thanks

Wow! The delivery service arrived on the dot. I’m impressed with how fast they were and they listened to my instructions. Got it right and even had a spare HDMI cable for me to ourchase because my cable was too short.
