SERVICE INSTALLER DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING 4K TV, 4K DVD PLAYER, AND SOUND BAR.

The tech was fast and accurate. We aslo would like to compliment Wesley who came to help us with our sound needs. He is from the West Valley. He is bright, able to communicate well, professional and very supportive!

The Squad who came to fix the TV were very knowledgable and setup the TV as needed.

We bought a new TV for our Covered Patio and had the Geek Squad crew deliver and install the TV. I could not be more pleased with the service we received. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable about the install and the TV. They put it all together in good time without rushing, everything worked correctly.

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for years. I go there for all of my electronics and gadgets. Customer Service is always great which is another reason why I keep coming back. Being a Total Tech member offers great discounts as well!

We weren't sure whether it would be worth the money, but when you are spending a lot for a really good TV, it's best to let them install (then if it gets broken or damaged - it's on them and I haven't wasted a lot of money). I've had three 55" (or bigger) TV's installed this way and it helps me sleep better at night. It's convenient and I've always had courteous on-time delivery.
