The agent mounted 3 of my TVs exactly the way I wanted

The guys did a good job, were fast and friendly. No problems hooking things up.

The installation crew did a wonderful job ensuring secure mounting and general setup. Couldn’t have done it without them.

The work was done in an efficient and professional manner. Our technician was able quickly install the TV mount and insured the location was exactly where we wanted it. He made sure to leave no mess upon completing the job. He was friendly and had an excellent demeanor.

The team BB sent was AWESOME. Guys did a great job and were very informative throughout the install. All my equipment was handled with care and worked perfectly after they completed the installs. Thanks Geek Squad for having awesome techs that know what they are doing. Will definitely use this service again.

Super job installing the wall mount and tv! I am very satisfied.

Even though the order was not written up correctly in the store, the techs were able to work with their office to get it "righted" and were in and out of the house in about an hour with the old TV down and moved, the new TV mounted where I wanted it on a new mount that allows tilt and swivel. And it was completed 2 days before the online website said it could be done!

They were doing a great job,very tidy and organized.I only gave 4 cuz I was not able to avail the free month geek tv channels.

The tech was very good and very polite. He was very careful with his shoes and equipment. He was very considerate of me, my apt, and belongings. He knew exactly how to put everything together and did not mind questions. He made great suggestions of things that would work the best for my situation.

The TV does exactly as advertised. Only disappointment was no 4K programing from my cable provider. HD is still outstanding. Thankfully I had apple TV so that Im able to watch 4K content without having to upgrade my cable porviders equipment. The Geek squad was outstanding in getting everything hooked up for me.

Wonderful more room on top of Chester drawer. Easy to clean and more for best angle. Universal so easy to change TV, because an old TV stopped working and easy to replace.

Delivery on 6/26 was unsuccessful due to limitations or restrictions through 3rd party company. Rescheduled for 7/10. One tech was sent to install an 82 inch TV. My fiance was home and helped with the installation. This is unacceptable due to the fact i paid for the company to install and mount the Tv professionally. I reached out to Best Buy customer support to see if I would be credited back at least half the cost of the installation and i was referred to the 3rd pary installation company who was unable to credit the charge since it was assessed through Best Buy. I requested to be transferred back to Best Buy and immediately asked for a Supervisor. The agent took in the details and then transferred me to the Geek Squad where I spoke with an agent who apologized for the issue, offered full credit for the installation and also offered a $100 gift card for the inconvenience. He informed me it would take some time before i would see the credit on my statement and to receive the gift card in the mail. I waited a little while and did not recieve either credit or gift card. I called and spoke with Gregory who informed me there were no notes and informed me I would not receive the installation credit but offered the $100 gift card. I would not accept the solution and asked to speak with a supervisor. He said he was working from home and would have someone call me back. Based on my previous interactions where i was told something would happen and it did not. I would not accept this. The agent told me that's all he could do and kept trying to end the call which made me upset. I asked to speak with a supervisor he said he took my info and that was all he could do. I asked him to please not hang up on me and he did anyway. I have been a Best Buy customer for years and i have never experienced such poor customer service. Im not sure i will ever shop there again. I would have put zero stars if available.

Easy to setup. Just plug and play. Very convenient to have when cable goes out.
