The Geek squad mech. knew what they were doing and were professional in every respect of their work. I found them friendly and made sure I understand what they were doing.

The people who came over were professonaland answered all our questions and were quick but not in a way you feel rushed. Worth the money.

Although staffing issues caused only 1 technician to come to my house, we were able to remove the old, VERY HEAVY plasma tv and install the new UHD LED TV. Thank you Marcus for setting everything up including our new Sonos sound bar and the WiFi internet connection to the new tv. Everything works great and is very user friendly.

The dudes were outstsnding...understood what had to be accomplished....set about doing that....asked if I had any concerns.....which I did.......they addressed them, & were on their way.....

The agent mounted my TV quickly. Precisely was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing. Explain things to me about the TV.

The lone agent sent to wall-mount my 65" TV did his best, but had to seek my help to lift the TV in place. This was not his fault. He worked with the mount to get the TV in just the right place. He then showed me the various options and made certain the TV was set up correctly.

The geek squad did a phenomenal job hooking up this new tv for my dad & I. They were clean, courteous & didn’t take long to complete the job. I’m always pleased when the geek squad does anything they are asked to. This is definitely a service for people who need a little extra help with guaranteed satisfaction with the results!

They guys did a wonderful job of wall mounting my new Sony 98" X90K. Once mounted, they helped me setup the TV and configure it to my liking. They cleaned up the debris afterwards.
