Quick, easy, on time, professional describes how the Geek Squad came in removed the faulty TV from the wall and replaced it with a new one. I’ve said this before and will say it again, this is exactly why everyone should purchase electronics from Best Buy. I know I will.

I used Geek Squad to mount and install a 70" television on my wall. They were courteous, on time and took their time to make sure everything worked correctly. They weren't gone 5 minutes before I couldn't remember something they had told me. So I called one of the guy's cell and he talked me through it and stayed on the line to make sure it worked. Great service!

The agents mounted my TV and connected all wires for the antenna and PS5. We just moved into this house, they previously mounted my TV in our apartment, too. Great service both times!

Very pleased with the Geek Squad. They were fast, friendly and very professional.

Techs did not have install a mounting bracket as there was already one in place for the TV that was being taken down and upgraded to another that was suitable for the new one. They inspected the bracket to insure that it was up to the standards for the weight of the new one, installed it and set it up.

Bought two TVs and scheduled them to be installed at two different locations. In hindsight I should have insisted the TVs to be rung up on separate transactions bc it was a nightmare for the geek squad. I had to spend over an hour sorting it out with geek squad transferring me here and there and that was frustrating. Finally the manager called and took care of me.

Agents were very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Went out of there way to explain exactly what they were doing, and how the new TV worked and were very patient with me as they explained how my remote worked, and showed me how to download the apps I wanted. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves.
