Great agents who came out and explained everything to me and were patient

2 agents came to install 86" tv and mount. Very courteous and professional. Made sure they installed where i wanted it. Cleaned everything up before they left. I read some bad reviews about this service but luckily I didnt encounter any issues. Would definitely use geeksquad again.

This mounting bracket was easy to mount and securely keeps tv held. The bracket allows a smooth glide in and out as well as a 4D tilting option. If access was need for tv connection there is nearly 8 inch of space to get behind TV.

The Squad did an OK job but really didn’t work out the multiple remote issues. I want one remote for the connections to work but now I have four that need to be used. One for the tv, one for the sound bar, one for the DVD and the last for the satilite system. He claimed he couldn’t do it because he wasn’t aware of the systems we had. All of that was provided to her squad.
