my previous 63 inch plasma tv stopped working, and I purchased the sony 65 inch old TV. the old tv was very heavy, and removing that was a challenge, and then slightly different mounting required adjusting the brackets to replace new tv. The install crew was great and very expert, I would not have wanted to do a self install. Well worth the cost

Geek squad wall mounted my a80j tv and also connected my soundbar and subwoofer. Very courteous and polite and knew their stuff! Highly recommend becoming a total tech member for premium service and warranty peace of mind for expensive equipment! Great Job!

For the most part was satisfied. However when I couldn’t get into Amazon movies he told me that it was installed. I had to have another geek squad technician come to remedy the problem. Other than that it was fine

The agents were right on time. They had all their necessary tools including a work table ready to go. Answered all my questions and were very attentive to how I wanted things done. Also they did an excellent cleanup after the work was done.
