The squad delivered and installed my new TV. They made sure I was connected to the streaming device -- and then verified I knew how to use the remote control. The service was premier! I am having them return to set up my wireless speaker system. Well worth the purchase !

These guys are awesome! I am what "some" people might refer to as being overly picky. The Geek Squad hung my Sony 77" & 65" televisions and Sound Bar perfectly. They were extremely patient & while I was trying to determine the best height to hang it. I will continue to use Geek Squad for my future technology needs.

The guys did a nice job and didnt rush the install. They were professional and very polite. They took the time to make sure that everyrhing was running correctly and explained to my wife and I. They also stuck to strick Covid protocol which was very nice.

the staff who came to install very professional, they left my room clean and there was no clutter, they took all the garbage, the installation very professional and fast the cables very orderly and left everything working and insured, very good.

They were friendly and courteous with us. They did a good job, but they are not consistent with communication and follow up. There was an issue with the setting up of the equipment and they let their superior know about it. We were supposed to get a call which we didn’t, so we called and they were aware of it . They were supposed to get back with us and we are still waiting not very pleased with that.

They were fabulous- they took over and I supplied them with whatever they needed and the next thing I knew. There were sound. Albert & Wence ? They did a fabulous job.

The guys pointed out that the wall mounts were off center and moved the Mount to the proper position on the wall. Appreciated the care and concern that they had for our viewing pleasure.

The Geek Squad crew that came out and mounted my 65" television did a great job. They were friendly and arrived on time. I also had them run the wires behind the wall so that they would be out of view. Again, they really did a great job.
