The two guys were great. Very patient and willing to answer questions. Put up with my butting in. Took suggestions when it was necessary. They took there time and installed the TV correctly so it will work with my other equipment.

Overall the picture quality is good the installation and Melanie the gentleman did an excellent job the second guy who came out the first two came out did not seem to understand what they were doing. But I understand this from a third-party vendor overall I’m satisfied

The GEEK SQUAD removed the old 75” Sony TV and mounted the new 77” Sony TV. Did va great job in reasonable time. My wife and I do still need help with using the remote, can the GEEK SQUAD expert return and help us use the remote effectively ?

The agents were very helpful and friendly. They answered all our questions and helped us find solutions to connect our old system with our new tv. They were happy to help us and had a great positive attitude saying it’s their pleasure to help us, even on New Year’s Eve.

The installer were quick, very neat and very courteous. I did not want to risk dropping anything. It took them less than an hour to install the entire system.

If you are going to have Geek Squad install your tv and mounting system ask to speak to an installer while your in the store. They recommended all of the right accessories so that I didn’t purchase the wrong items. Installation was spot on and the crew was great.
