App is doesn't accept my master credit card from capital

I got the card after a week. Worst experience ever. I bought another card from target and I received it in 2 minutes.

Received card with no money applied to it could not redeem it. No support help for purchase. Will not purchase from Best Buy again.

I would have loved the item if I could have just gotten it I still haven’t received it. I don’t understand why the process takes so long. It’s got me thinking about the other parts of the store. I have a $5000 credit limit. I thought I was gonna start using it to make some purchases but after this experience, I’m not sure.

Purchased this gift card expecting it to be delivered via email within an hour or so. This was not the case as I’m still waiting to receive it. I’ve contacted Best Buy support and now they are telling me you have to wait 48 hours to go through a verification process. Doesn’t make sense why you would need to go through a verification process just to purchase a gift card…. Requested to just cancel the order so I can purchase elsewhere and was told by support that it would take 7-10 business days to process the cancellation and then another up to 10 days for the refund to be processed back to my account. Safe to say I will never be a Best Buy customer again after this experience.
