Best Buy sells fake gift cards to their customers. The codes do not work and cannot be redeemed. Their customer support just ghosts you when you contact them about it. 0/5 DO NOT BUY.

Couldn’t access the email that the egift went to because it went to my old business email instead of the personal email. I attempted to get support for a week and then had the option to try by text which when I did was given two different answers by two different agents. Still do not have egift code and still no refund. Best Buy ‘sells’ the codes but they can’t support customer support for them

The apple card i bought $200 stated ALREADY USED: USA iTunes/Apple e-code

they give out used Apple cards. They did not want to return the money or send replacement cards.

All online Ordering should be this easy. And as soon as the Cards are ready they sent an email. Great efficient service.
