I love that now Apple lets you buy anything, not just itune and app related. I bought this as part of Black Friday special. You buy this and you get a best buy e-gift card. The whole process was confusing and I didn't expect promotional gift card to work.

Apple Card arrived Not Activated . Took card to South Elgin store and they told me to call Apple. Apple said card was not activated thru them. If activation strip on back of your card is not removed when you receive it will not Redeem on Apple's site. Out $100 but that's ok . Will not purchase anything from Best Buy again.

Hit or miss on activation when you purchase online, have had a couple now come not having been activated and then have to contact Best Buy to replace or activate.

I bought this for a Christmas gift. Best Buy was also running a promotion where you got 10% of the value in a Best Buy gift card. Total no brainer! Great to give to an Apple fan to help them get what they want.

Struggled to use these in apple stores, these were not accepted thru online and by store users, Apple support did some alternative

I received a Gift Card that was not activated and I cannot redeem the balance on the card. Yet Best Buy is unwilling to refund me or provide me with a replacement gift card. Terrible experience, I wasted time on the phone, going to the store, and was not able to resolve this issue.

I Just received my $100 apple gift card but it was NOT activated. I contacted Best Buy customer service many times but no one has replied. Do not make the same mistake by getting physical Apple gift card. I am filing charge dispute with my credit card.

Bought my grandson this card so he can buy an Apple Music subscription when he wants one. Easy gift shopping. Shipping took longer than expected however.

I buy a $25.00 dollar apple gift card and when i enter the card number it says you card has been redeem .. i brought the card to best buy they say they can't refund .. i didn't ask for refund though i ask for replacement. They told me call apple customer service apple customer says don't buy this card from others stores buy from them directly.. best buy apple card are no haven't good security everyone cand grab the cards an copy the card number

I brought this as a Christmas gift, so they haven't used it yet, but buying a gift card on the app from Best Buy was easy and fast.

I was upset when I opened the card and saw that it came out to be fake. I asked them to refund the card for me but they refused and told me to call apple to solve the issue. Thank god the custom service for apple was very patient and gave me a new redeemed code. Bestbuy need to check if the card is true or not before they put it on stock!

bad experience. I bought this physical apple gift card from bestbuy. When I tried to redeem, it shows it is not valid. I have to contact bestbuy and apple to solve ... I will update this review when the problem is solved ...

Card is not usable. 1. iTunes says code is not valid. 2. Apple confirms card was sold through Best Buy, has not been redeemed yet. Was activated, and then voided/suspended. Recommends having retailer issue new gift card since a suspended card cannot be activated again. 3. Best Buy support keeps trying to activate the same card. Calls eventually drop after a period of silence, and no one calls back. One parting gift from Apple is the recommendation to buy gift cards direct because gift card issues have become rampant enough that they have set up a corporate team to look into it.
