    Great for recharging the App Store and paying monthly storage fees. If you don't want to use any credit cards with your Apple account, this is a great way of paying for items and services and never needing to keep any payment information on file. I primarily use these for my daughter so she can buy her little games and services in a controlled fashion. Quick and easy. Now you don't even need to type in the number. You can just use the camera and it will grab it for you.

    The new apple gift cards provide greater flexibility than the old ones so that you can redeem them for not only Apple iTunes store items but also the hardware such as iPhone, iMac in the apple store. It is also very easy to deposit them into your Apple account. I used my iphone camera to scan the redeem code and the money was in my account in a second.

    Always having money in Apple Wallet is a benefit, as it doesn't expose your payment methods or cards. I've almost always used this method to top up my account, and I don't plan on changing it. Also I paid in cash
