Not Activated !

Apple said card was not activated thru them. If activation strip on back of your card is not removed when you receive it will not Redeem on Apple's site. Out $100 but that's ok . Will not purchase anything from Best Buy again.

Confusing Promotional Bonus

I bought this as part of Black Friday special. You buy this and you get a best buy e-gift card. The whole process was confusing and I didn't expect promotional gift card to work.

Best Buy was also running a promotion where you got 10% of the value in a Best Buy gift card. Total no brainer! Great to give to an Apple fan to help them get what they want.

Don't buy physical gift cards for Bestbuy!

Yet Best Buy is unwilling to refund me or provide me with a replacement gift card. Terrible experience, I wasted time on the phone, going to the store, and was not able to resolve this issue.

I contacted Best Buy customer service many times but no one has replied. Do not make the same mistake by getting physical Apple gift card. I am filing charge dispute with my credit card.

Gave a fake Apple Card and almost got scammed

I asked them to refund the card for me but they refused and told me to call apple to solve the issue. Thank god the custom service for apple was very patient and gave me a new redeemed code. Bestbuy need to check if the card is true or not before they put it on stock!

They told me call apple customer service apple customer says don't buy this card from others stores buy from them directly.. best buy apple card are no haven't good security everyone cand grab the cards an copy the card number
