Some I have bought and when I sent them to Friends & Family some didn’t have an amount on them so I’m Out like $500 to $1000 Dollars because the Sleeves they were in were ripped open by Fam. & Friends that I couldn’t call Apple to let them know! So I won’t buy them again from Best Buy!!!

Apple gift cards are worth buying through BestBuy.

Bought a $50 gift card, tried to then use load it into my account after leaving the store (less than 5 min) and Best Buy had 'voided' the card. I found this out by calling iTunes support and they say Best Buy voided the card. Best Buy says they can't void a card and so I'm out $50. DO NOT BUY THESE AT BEST BUY.

No stars (one only because it's required to submit the review) because the friend I purchased a $100 card for was not able to redeem the card. They got the message that it had already been redeemed. I purchased the item at 1 pm, the friend tried to redeem it at 3pm. I called Best Buy and they said it wasn't their problem, it's on Apple to make sure their codes worked. Apple said they couldn't help and to ask Best Buy for a refund...Wow, just Wow!

Had the worst experience with these gift cards recently. Opened the new card and the last two numbers were rubbed off. It took Apple four days to credit me back the money for the card. Sent them 5 pictures of the defective card. But in there defense, this was the first time that this has happened.

I received a fake card, the code is invalid. Reaching to customer service. Will let you know what happens next. But be wary physical gift card can be fake, even bought from Bestbuy.

I called AppleCare who told me Best Buy voided card. Then I used BB chat who told me to call. Still havent gotten a replacement for a null & void card.

this is the best gift card made today. possibly the best gift card ever made in the entire world. it's for itunes.

Gift card redeem code was scratched off upon opening, was a hassle to get a replacement card. Would be better if cards are hidden behind counter to avoid scammers tampering with them.

Card did not work and best buy would not refund my money

I purchased what was supposed to be a “cyber Monday” deal where Best Buy offered a free $20 Apple Gift card if I purchased a $100 gift card. When I went in to pick up my $100 card, there was no $20 card and the sales person said that I’d probably find it in my email. I didn’t. So, quite the Cyber Monday deal! I saved nothing.

I’m giving Best Buy one star. The card is a great gift. But you can’t use it at Best Buy on Apple products if you want to use it. Why bother selling it Best Buy? And to top it off. I asked employee if I can redeem it in store for an Apple Watch. They said yes. Know what you are selling Best Buy.

I bought this apple gift card in store, it was not activated. And then I have to spent much time to deal with it. the online chat is totally useless. How ridiculous it is. This experience is terriable.
