The two guys that came to install my new 77 inch Samsung TV and Sonus mount were very professional and knowledgeable. They called the night before the scheduled day of install to let me know what time to expect them and also called the next morning when they were about 5-10 minutes away. They showed up and i had the area cleared away and ready for them to do their work. They went straight to work measuring for the mount and getting it perfectly aligned and level. The mount is very nice and strong and bolted into the wall studs and is easily adjustable. They installed the part of the mount that attaches to the back of the tv and then the two guys picked the tv up like it says your supposed to and it just clicked perfectly into the mount that is attached to the wall. It seemed so simple but you could tell they had alot of experience at doing these installs and i couldn't be more happier that i chose Best Buy to do this service. Highly satisfied with the service i received.

The installation Technicians provided a wall-mount setup that was surprisingly straightforward with prompt service. Be prepared for a two-person job—it’s heavy and requires precise alignment. The technician were knowledgeable and provided swift installation.

The Geek technician was helpful when I asked questions and explained everything making sure I was satisfied and comfortable with everything. I opted for the Geek Squad membership since I had excellent service from them with a previous TV installation. The TV I bought was much too large to fit into my car, I decided to sign up for the service. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They also removed and took away my old TV and sound bar without a problem. I thought that since my old TV was 49” that my old TV stand would not bear the weight of my new 65” TV. I was delighted to learn from the installers that my new TV would fit the stand without a hitch. It helped that they were both Sony TV’s. They stated that even though the new TV was larger, it was probably lighter than my old one due to newer electronics. Since my new TV fit the stand, they didn’t need to install the new mount that I had also bought just in case the new TV didn’t fit the stand. They pointed out that since they didn’t need to install the new mount, I could return it for a refund. I was delighted to hear this. I found this type of honesty rare in that many times installers would just try to say that they needed to install the new mount. With the refund of the mount, I was able to purchase a 4K BD player, which I originally delaying until later.

These guys are pro's. They quickly mounted a 77 inch TV on an existing wall mount, and with cables already run in the walls. It was a straight forward job, that was performed quickly and professionaly. They hooked up all the inputs, paired the remote to the TV, and made sure all the inputs worked, including setting up the inputs. Highly recommend this service if you are installing a TV on the wall.

Geek Squad is the best! We had a few bumps in scheduling but that was because my Best Buy salesperson messed it up. The installation went smoothly. Geek Squad guy was quick and efficient and he stayed awhile to show me how everything works. Big 5 stars!

Terry Perkins and partner installed our TV. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and totally knowledgeable about equipment! They wisked down the tv we had hanging and placed it where we asked. The installation went so quickly, it was AWESOME!! They quickly cleaned up the area. Terry asked if we had questions and answered a few. He showed us the details of using the new remote. I wish I had Terry around once a week to help with everthing electronic in the house!

The Geek Squad that came to setup my television were polite, friendly, helpful and in my opinion went above and beyond in making sure the setup fit my needs. They were excellent!

I had the Best Buy guys install a heavy mount for a heavy 55” tv. They were so good. The located a stud, then positioned it to where I wanted it. There is some adjustability in horizontal position once the stud is located. That really helps or you would need to do strictly as your structure dictates. The Techs were efficient and friendly. They got my Directv box fastened up behind the tv using zip ties. The walk plug is up there too, which is nice. They did such a neat job then made sure I knew how to use the new tv after they tested it all themselves. I could never mount a tv. I’d recommend not trying to hire a handyman or your neighbor, etc. These Best Buy techs are used to this and are expert at it.

I was very pleased with this service. The install guys were friendly and professional and what you would want in an installer. They were quick and seemed knowledgeable, discussed placement options, and told me about the tv adjustment, and parts with my wall mount. I can’t speak to the cost because it was free to me through total tech membership but it if you aren’t confident about your mounting skills or just don’t wanna mess with it I would recommend this service.

The Geeksquad installers were prompt, professional, efficient, and took the time to make sure I understood the nuances of my new TV and the TV mount. Before mounting they made sure they were placing it exactly where I wanted and only had to drill once. This went above my expectations.

The 2 installers from Geek Squad did an excellent job mounting my 75” TV and Sound bar. The Best Buy Mount I purchased would not work correctly. The Geek Squad Team had a different mount the worked better and took my mount back to the store for a refund. Well worth cost for this install

The Geek Squad sent top notch installers to take out our Savant and put in a Sonos system. They made sure every detail was perfect and that I knew how to work my new system.

Two guys turned up on the scheduled day with everything they needed to mount my new big TV. They also arrived earlier than the expected time slot by a few hours which was great. They brought my new TV in, took my old TV and mount down, put the new one up and even helped to set it up, plugging all my HDMI components in. They set up my TV, changing settings, removing annoying apps, ads and getting it updated. Then they checked my gaming console settings to make sure I was getting the best picture quality to match my new TV's features. The guys were polite, friendly, tidy and professional. They also both had good knowledge of the exact TV I bought and TV's in general. I can wall mount TV's myself with a little help lifting the TV at the end, but after this service, I'll never do it myself again in future. For the price and the service they provide, it's a no brainer for me. I was fortunate to get the service for free as part of my TV deal, but would gladly pay for it and would recommend it to anyone who buys a new TV from here.

Best Buy and Greek Squad Team Lead and associate did an outstanding job! From confirming arrival time in advance and calling before arriving, to expert job in the install. Professional, polite and accommodating. The very best in their area of install or repair.

I just had my TV mounted today. The service called the day before to confirm if I had a wall mount and what the TV size was. They said based on the TV being 65' that they would send two servicemen. Only 1 person showed up, he dropped my TV which left a few scratches, he also nicked my entertainment center which has a few scratches as well. Thankfully the TV works and there are not issues with the picture quality but overall it left a lot to be desired in terms of service.
