Installation was done very professionally. Geek squad was great.

I purchase a large (55 inch) TV and made an appointment for Geek Squad to mount it to the wall using a Rocketfish wall mount. They did a great job! They were super helpful and patient, asked me exactly where I'd like it installed, and made sure the TV was centered between the windows and was a good height for viewing. Great service!

This TV mount is awesome! Easy to install and very sleek.

Had problems with old mounting bracket and ended up replacing it with a new bracket. It took 2 trips but they fixed the problem and we are very happy with the new TV. I have nothing bad to say about them and they are hard working guys with the knowledge of electronics I don't have.

The geek squad showed up on time to install my new 58" tv , purchased elsewhere. They installed a new mount, then installed the new tv on the mount. They were friendly, professional and knew what they were doing. Well worth the installation fee. Good job.

We purchased a complete home entertainment system for the whole house from Best Buy. We are completely satisfied! Everything was installed by the Geek Squad. The system included 2 televisions with surround speaker systems and built in wall speakers plus additional Sonos One speakers for the other rooms of the home integrated together.

I purchased this service because my last Microwave unexpectedly stopped working. I had the Geek Squad service for that Microwave which allowed me to replace it with a new one. As a result, I purchase the service for the new Microwave as well. Glad I had the Geek Squad service.

I hired Best Buy to hang my new 82" TV and to my surprise the on line booking was easy and worked well. The guys that showed up were on time, clean and did a great job! I will use this service again. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is that the TV is not flat on my wall, it's leaning forward due to where and how they attached the box to the back. If I knew then what I know now I would have had them put the box in a different location so the TV sat flat.
