The geek squad showed up. There was two gentlemen both of them were young they took their to uninstall the 55 inch TV I had mounted and install my new 75 inch they explained everything to me as they were doing it. I hate I didn’t get to get pictures of them but they were really awesome. I wasn’t expecting them to answer all the questions and talk me through the things that they did far as setting up my TV with my Internet and everything I thought they would just install turn the power on and leave but they didn’t they stayed set up the TV with my Internet talked me through how to use my remote, which is really easy now that I know I wish I knew their names they need a raise

The agents mounted two TVs for us. One on our living room wall and one in our master bedroom. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the TVs. After they were mounted on the wall they took the time to go over the tvs and some of the features available on them. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad for this service

installation wag good, both of them installed the TV in a professional way, since we have our own TV wall mount and they installed the TV in a SAFE and CAREFUL way.

The 2 agents were very impressive. They installed it quickly. It turned out that I needed an extension to the arm bracket holding the tv since it was larger than our old tv and the indented area on our stone wall, but they had one in their vehicle. Both agents were professional and personable.

The Geeks contacted me when they were 30 mins away. Arrived on time! They were friendly and pleasant. They got down to business quickly. They packaged my old tv and moved it out of the way. They were sure to install the new hardware and television at the level I liked. They also connected other devices appropriately and everything worked perfectly when they were done. They were careful every step of the way and cleaned up anything I did not want. Outstanding!

The persons who came to mount and install the TV on the wall were very professional, knowledgeable, and finished the installation very quickly. They made sure everything was working and that I fully understood operation of the device before leaving.

Great television, I was very impressed with the Geek squad! I was so impressed with the Geek squad agent, we went out and bought an 85 inch tv. Geek squad crushed it! Definitely worth contracting with them!

Can't say more about the three guys that came and brought my TV and installed it on my wall. Went to Best Buys and bought a new 65 inch TV and my Sales Rep was great. Got all the parts/equipment necessary and all were delivered within three days. Go figure, I usually wait a month for service. I was lucky this time. Anyway, the guys came on time with everything I had purchased and the necessary equipment to mount on my metal stud wall. The guys asked me how high and the position of the TV. Measured and drilled to pilot holes to make sure that they were centered on the metal studs. They they drilled other holes and mounted the TV Mount and the electric wires through the wall. They mounted the TV in about an hour. They guys then sat down with me and went over my new TV set and helped with the color and sound. I have great TV after getting rid of an 11 year old Sony. Couldn't recommend more the GeeK Squad service.

They did a great job mounting my 86 inch TV. They installed the wall mount that I bought somewhere else, then mounted the TV. Then they made sure I was connected to the internet and knew how to turn on and use the TV. They also hooked up my subwoofer. When they left, they tool all the boxes and packaging material.

The technician that came to install and set up my new tv was superb. He was very nice and helpful and extremely considerate. The job was done well.

The Geek Squad agents were both very professional and knowledgeable in their jobs. Mounted my new TV and set it up in a very effiencient manner. They answered all my questions regarding the various features of the LG C1 TV. Also very friendly!

Beautiful tv functions well, many things to still learn about it because as of this wiring I’ve only had it just one day but so far so good. The sound bar is ok but looking for something with more power and speaker strengh. Will probably buy a dedicated AV receiver to take this combo to another level. I give the installation team 5 stars for their quick efficiency in the setup and testing of the combination sound bar and tv. Very nice and professional was their visit. 5 stars. I bought a TV and wall mount for my husband for Christmas and I did not want him to have to put the wall mount up and attach the TV. So I purchased this service to have someone do this for us. I must say the installer was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, friendly and cleaned up after. This service was definitely worth the money

I was not expecting to purchase a new tv, I went for a tv mount only. I noticed Best Buy had some great deals on television. So I was willing to upgrade from a 65 in I already own. While checking out some of the tv that was on sale . Me in the sales rep went over all the pro and cons for each tv. I didn’t really want this tv because I felt like the back was snot small enough to go on my wall. But with really taking my time . I decided this is the one. The quality is amazing the size is perfect. I am enjoying this one better than the current tvs in my home
