Holds television perfectly. It is just what I imagined

I’m extremely impressed with the ease and professionalism shown by the team that installed my 85” tv that I was blow away by the speed honestly it was so fast I barely knew they were here don’t hesitate to have them install for you as well!

Two Geek Squad members removed old TV, replaced the mount and installed a new 65" TV and HDMI cable extension. They showed up on time, worked fast and flawlessly. They also provided helpful operating instructions to get us going with our first 'Smart' TV.

The guys came in and asked all the right questions to make sure I was completely happy before they even started to set anything up. That's what I call service! It didn't take long for them to set everything up and I was thinking, I'm so glad I didn't do this because I would still be working at it. Well done!

Tech was so courteous and professional. He helped with the perfect placement of the TV on the wall. Will definitely use the Geek Squad again next time we have to hang a TV

The agents were very thorough and professional. They mounted two with in wall wiring. One room had a fire stud blocking the cables and they were able to configure the wires to make it work!! They also setup all my remotes and configure my sound bars.

The agents mounted my tv’s and connected all electronic devices. Agents were very efficient and cleaned as they worked. The agents informed me about mounting process and what type of toggle bolt was being used.

I recently moved and had to have my 85" TV remounted in my new house. People showed up on time, installation only took about 30 minutes. TV looks great. My only complaint is that they won't transport the TV, even for within city moves. I had to dismount it from the old house myself (unless I wanted to pay for two separate appointments) and rent a truck to move it.

We were very pleased with the job the men did in hanging and installing all the equipment for our new TV. We had them put it on the wall and they measured and did a great job and cleaned up all the mess afterwards. Couldn't ask for better work and also the help they gave to make sure we understood the new controls we had. Thanks Best Buy!

Geek Squad in Weatherford TX has it together. Installed multiple tv's in our home. Great communication, had spare parts in the van, cleaned up after themselves and make sure you understood your product before leaving.

The geek squad gets it done every time. No mess, no extra holes. In and out like a professional installation should be. Get the extra protection, it's worth every dollar.

The agents were very knowledgeable and quick. They installed the new tv and hooked up the few devices that I had without any problems. They were very polite and did not create any “mess” during the installation. I will always request help with any additional electronics I might purchase.
