Mounting was easy once the extended arm was in place

The Geek squad was great. Efficient polite and spent the time to explain the 85" T V to me and show me how the mount worked pulling out and turning from side to side. I am so glad I had them come and take care of all this for me

The agent mounted my tv and connect all my devices

The Geek squad men came when they said they would. The setup was nice, and they made sure everything was done properly. After the TV was up and "running" their explanation of all the items that are available was fully explain to me. I am happy with the purchase and the installation.

Purchased tv, sound bar, and hook up accessories and paid to have Geek Squad install. Most professional, polite, and knowledgeable customer service I’ve ever received. “Tommy” lead on the squad that day, was fabulous! He is a complete asset for BestBuy and the image they should project to their customers.

Geek squad mounted two TVs for me and did a great job!

It is incredible that this mount will take a 75” and up to 85”. Considering getting an 85” instead.

The TV stand that was originally mounted did not work out for our TV. So the agents did a re-do and disassembled the TV stand quickly, so that we can return it to the store for a refund. The agents have done a great job every time they have been to my house to install TV equipment, etc.

These guys were great. had done work in the building before so knew what they needed and how to properly install the TV on a brick wall.

Fred and his assistant were great. They installed everything correctly. Unfortunately, the mount recommended by the store staff won't support the tv. The tv droops on it's face. Returning the mount and will have Fred come out and reinstall the tv.

The actual installation went OK. However the whole process was very frustrating leading up to that. I had made an appointment (soonest available time was 3-4 wks our) that somehow dropped out of the system. When I got the email notification I called and asked about it, to which they told me they didn’t know why and that I would have to reschedule another appointment, which ended up having to be an even later date. The time window was noon-8pm. I told them that because of this change, I would be back at work by that date so it would have to be 3:30 or later as I wasn’t going to take off work for it now, so she told me she was putting that in the notes. Then, the night before, I get a message stating they would be here between 11-2. I called him back explaining that wouldn’t work, to which he initially replied that he wouldn’t come at 3:30 because he would then get home too late. Finally after explaining my frustration with everything leading up to this, he agreed to come at that time after all. Once they came to do the actual installation, everything went fine and took no more than 20 minutes.

the mount looks good and sound although the projector is not great.

The agent was fantastic. He went through all the mounting and connection processes with me and stayed long enough to ensure our television was online as well as hooked up to our cable provider. Any problems encountered were immediately and permanently corrected.

Team was friendly prompt and honest. We Would definitely splurge on the geek squad set up again. They did an excellent job setting up our new purchase. Thank you Geek squad.
