I can’t say enough about the two gentlemen that came today to my house to mount my 75 inch and my 85 inch TVs. They made sure to ask about placement and go over what it will look like and get confirmation before drilling any type of holes. They were prompt and courteous. I bought the TV mounts from another retailer. The 75 inch was looked perfect on the mount. However, the 85 inch did not look the way I wanted it to be because of the tv mount type and the stud locations in the area of placement. One of the guys, Jay, suggested a specific tv mount and offered to come at the end of the day to take off the mount that I didn’t like and remount the 85 inch tv with the new mount. Within the time he left and came back, my husband went to Best Buy and got the specific mount that Jay suggested. Jay came back as promised and quickly handled the issue. It made a HUGE difference. The end result was EXACTLY what I had hoped for. I will not hesitate to get Geek Squad services going forward.

Justin Hanrahan and Patrick Trainor from the Geek Squad did an awesome job installing the SANUS tv MOUNT and setting up my SAMSUNG TV. They were very professional and did not take the long to complete everything. Thanks Best Buy and the Geek Squad for a very enjoyable experience.

Great!!! They came in and mounted TV with no problem. Programmed the new TV which was something that would have been beyond this "ludite's" capability. Well worth the price!

The two Geek Squad members were beyond incredible. I was so impressed with how professional, knowledgeable and respectful they were during the installation. They were responsible with COVID protocols as well. They were quick, yet very precise. I was impressed with how they perfectly measured out and taped where the tv would go and made sure I was happy with it. They had a vacuum directly under where they were drilling so no dust or shavings were anywhere. They vacuumed before they left too. They answered all questions and offered advise. They made sure to stay until the remote was fully set up and I knew how to fully work it. I can not recommend this service enough. I will always use Geek Squad from here on out. It was such a relief to have an expert here!

Jose Correa was wonderful. He did an excellent job hanging the TV perfectly aligned, centered, and at the exact right height. He also gave me options with spacers or no spacers. I chose spacers and I'm glad I did because it makes the TV look more classy. He also taught me how to use the remote and showed me all the LD channels and I love the TV. I'm grateful that Jose was my installer because prior to arrival he had me text my mount, and we found out that it was the wrong size. So I was able to exchange it prior to his arrival which saved both of us time. Overall, he was terrific!!!

They were knowledgeable, and they did a great job gave me some advice great advice, and I appreciate everything that they did. They were superior and knowledge and ability to put up my TV.

I’m usually a “do it myself” type of guy, but trying to mount a 77” TV was more than I wanted to attempt due to the high dollar amount of the unit. The two Geek Squad guys showed up on time, had some nice tools for lining up the TV mount, measured and taped off the spot and has the mount installed quickly. They got the TV mounted exactly where I wanted it, and then cleaned up before leaving. Wife and I are totally satisfied with this service.

Installers did a great job once they appeared, were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and were apologetic about the delay. They were kind about needing to fit a new mount to the wall, as the old one was incompatible, and they fortunately had one in their vehicle that I could buy directly from them. The only reason for not giving a 5 is the logistics around setting up the appointment and wrong information I was given by the store. The original day they were scheduled, I got a notice that they were not going to be able to do the install, BUT I only got the notice at the end of the promised arrival interval, so I'd wasted the afternoon being home and available, and missing an activity I wanted to attend. When they did arrive three days later, it was not at the time I'd been promised when I was notified of the first cancellation, so I'd again spent hours waiting at home for no good reason. The actual install went smoothly, but only because the installers happened to have a wall mount device in their vehicle. When I had called the store to set up the install, I'd asked whether I would need a new mount. I was told that since my prior TV was a 55 inch, and I was replacing it with a 65 inch, that my old mount would work. In fact, it didn't, and I would have had to wait until a new install date could have been set up, had the installers not happened to have the right sized mount in their vehicle.

Two Best Buy guys came out to my place. They removed an old Tilt-mount from the wall and they removed my 2007 Samsung Flat Screen. They then attached my new full motion mount to the wall; they then attached my new 65 inch flat screen to the mount; they showed me how to operate the new TV. Both guys were friendly and knew what they were doing; I paid $249.99; Well worth it. They did not try to up-sale me on ridiculously hight priced HDM1 cables, A good experience for me.

Very fast and professional. I didnt have yo move too many things, as they did not mind working in tight corners. It was a father and son duo contracted out through Geek Squad it sounded like. But I enjoyed there hospitality, respect to the home, and fast pace of service.

The agents were friendly and professional, got the TV mounted and completely hooked everything back up, including a satellite receiver, a Blu Ray player, 3 game consoles and a sound bar. And they did it all quickly and efficiently.

I had to use the geek squad before so I was not surprised by the excellent service and the quality of their work. We had had some renovation work done in the house and had to have the TV remounted. As always, they were very professional.

Armando and team are top notch. They were on time and they took care of everything required for the mounting and setup. They went over everything with how to use the new equipment and how to get to different locations. Very impressed with their ability and professionalism.

Geek Squad delivered our 75 inch tv and did an excellent job mounting it. They also moved the 55 inch which was previously in the living room and mounted it in the bedroom. I would definitely recommend the services as they were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job.

The installers were amazing and really took the time to understand where I wanted the TV mounted and to show me how the features of the mount worked. They also took such amazing care not to damage or make any extra holes in my wall. Their professionalism was without a doubt amazing.

Once they came out to deliver and install, the service was great, the guys were very professional, and did a great job. Only reaso for four stars, and not five was because they had to reschedule and couldn't do that until the day it was originally supposed to be delivered.
