Both agents were knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. They mounted my tv in no time and the set up was perfect. They connected everything and programmed my remotes. They explained the work they performed. They had excellent customer service overall. A big thank you to them!!

Highly suggest this service. Everything was quick and professional. They even have options for running cables through walls if you want to add that additional $150 package, I think it is worth it. They even set up everything on the tv for me as well as update the firmware.

great job done by installer I am just trying to see if the mount turns other than up and down. If it does it isn't off center if it doesn't it is. Otherwise he did a great job. On time, pleasant and knows what he is doing.

I liked the tech but there was supposed to be two techs and only one was able to make it. One tech had to put up a 65 inch tv by himself so he put his hand directly on the screen and pushed the tv on to the mount. Put a lot of force on the screen. I am worried about long term damage from this.

the guys were great and good workers. did not mind having to move it some after being put up. they said we here to make sure you are ok with where you want it.

These two guys were were so knowledgable, polite, professional, and tidy. They showed up on time, took there time to make sure everything was done perfectly. My 77" Sony OLED looks awesome on my new wall mount...perfectly centered and level.

The 65" TV was too large to install by myself so I had Geek Squad install it. They removed the old 42 inch TV and mounted the new bracket very quickly. The two Geek Squad guys were very pleasant and professional. Showed us how everything worked. Definitely would consider using Geek Squad services again.
