The two young men that came out to assemble my purchase item were so respectful, and kind I would want them to come back and assemble every purchase I have with Best Buy

The geek squad agents that installed my TVs were absolutely wonderful. Very informative, polite, respectful, and considerate. They were very thorough and neat. I could not have asked for better service.

1st group of techs came out mounted TV and didnt mount soundbar which I paid extra for, They stated I was better off placing soundbar on top of ent center since there was going to be little clearance they also left TV crooked ( i wasnt there instead I had an over 18 year old adult there to let them in), 2nd group came out and said that the 1st team of techs probably didnt install sound bar because I needed a better mount so they suggested which one to buy, they pried off the newly installed socket in wall and they tried to clean up routing of cables and wires even hauled my TV box for me, 3rd group of techs came over was able to mount sound bar, straightened out the TV but said that they couldnt run wires behind wall because previous team had snapped off tabs for the $79 outlet that I paid for. No one from Best Buy has returned my call since. The geek squad jobs get outsourced to contractors and no real QC from Geek Squad/ Best Buy. If you call or need something you better have a plethora of time to ait on hold and to try and get through geek squads customer service lime. Highly dissapointed!

The agents that mounted my TV were very nice and professional. They weren’t the problem. First,they were an hour later arriving than I was expecting based in the multiple texts I received through the morning. I was informed it was due to the auto scheduling service used by Best Buy now Second is my bigger issue. I have been a Best Buy member since 2018. I understand terms change. But I was charged $250 for the installation of my TV. There was no $ range based in time spent and job required. I already had a TV where the new one was going so all they had to do was take the old one off the mount and hang the new one. They were done in around 30 min. It was in a commercial site and the mount was high is the only reason we didn’t do it ourselves. I would expect to pay this much of they had to drill and hang the TV mount and then the TV maybe, but not for the small amount of work needed. I’ve always enjoyed the benefits of being a Total Member but if they keep changing the terms it might be time to end it.

The Geek Squad exceeded all of my expectations. They were professional, courteous, and solved all my problems. They even fixed Mediacom's screw ups. They acted like they really cared about me as a customer. It was an enjoyable experience.

This was installation of a present television. "Because of it's age (10 years) it required a special wall mount. It took some time to order and get the correct mount, However, once it finally arrived, the installation was done very professionally. Aaron was extremely helpful, neat and polite. I was very pleased with his service.

Installers were great! Ironically there’s an issue with the audio of the TV and Best Buy is honoring extended return date and exchanging for a new one!

Great service by Techs. Installed TV, sound bar and wall mount and did a great job. Efficient and cleaned everything up. Set up TV so directly opens up to favorite streaming service.

Very knowledgeable crew came in hung the tv also suggestion a mount for my wall type that saved me the hassle of having to run to store because they had it on hand.

They were polite, professional and just all around great guys! They were extremely respectful of my property and knew exactly what to do. They cleaned up their mess as if they had never been here! I highly recommend them!

Installers were professional and respectful of our home. For $5,000 I am not happy with picture of the tv faces get distorted at times so for the amount of money spent not happy.

Sarah and Abraham exceeded expectations on a high mounted 100lb+ 86" TV. Professional installation included centering, leveling, organizing cables and checking all the functionality. Really appreciate the work and I will ask for them by name on future installs.
