The Geek squad worked diligently to remove our old TV and install our new Sony. The limited space for the TV was somewhat of an issue but the team members overcame the obstacles they faced and successfully mounted our new Sony. It is evident that the Geek Squad service is exceptional.

So glad I went with Best Buy for tv mount installations. I had 3 installed at the same appointment. They came in did the work, everything was working and they were very clean. It didn't even look like they had been in my house besides the tv now being on the wall. Even went above and beyond and hooked up everything to the TV's for me.

My new T.V. was delivered and installed perfectly.They used the old mount and were meticulouse in their work.My question is some installations are much simpler than others so the installation costs should be made as to the difficulty not an established 199.99

Guys came in and installed 75” Sony and it was very professional. They listened to what I wanted and also gave feedback based on there experience. Install was fast and perfect. When done they stuck around and answered all questions and explained how to use everything on the television. Did not feel rushed. Great job!

The two young men from the Geek Squad did an excellent job of remounting our 55" TV. They are fine people. The TV had been purchased two years ago and the original mounting was not done properly and almost came off the wall. These young men can come to my house anytime.

Installers arrived timely after calling that day when on their way and the day before to confirm scheduling. Install went very smoothly. They were very patient with positioning location decision and with set-up for smart tv viewing. Very pleasant and professional. Hauled away old TV and all packaging. Excellent experience.

Great job mounting the 75-inch TV but they didn't do a good job cleaning up after themselves. The lady I spoke to on the phone to book the service said the wiring would be covered and it was not, and cables would be run to the box, again not the case. Trash was not hauled away. A little pricy for the service you end up receiving. Did not get hooked up to Xfinity by the Geek Squad, Xfinity had to come back out to set it up which cost me another $75 service call.

The installers were on time, personable and quick.

The agents came on time and mounted my samsung 43" tv on the wall. The workmanship was awesome and after the work they cleared the debris and shipping package. I will definitely recommend the Geek Squad.

The two installers were polite and kind. They advised me of the best way to proceed. They set up everything on the TV. Ready to watch.

The guys were very nice and efficient. They pointed out problems that needed to be corrected, how to correct and set up the appointment. They also answered my questions and none was too stupid.
