Arrived on time very professional showed me how to work tv

The techs did a great job. I appreciated the honesty when my first "new" tv turned out to be an open box with someone else's name in it. I would have never known if they had not told me during set up.

Got Best Buy total tech just for this service, made the purchase worth it as I couldn’t hand a 83in tv on my own. Gentlemen where quick, thorough and accurate.

The MM700 pulldown mount is a bit tricky, but very neat and was expertly installed by Geek squad. Highly recommended.

After finally getting the appointment finalized things went well. They were calling my dad in Connecticut instead of me in California. After the first missed appointment everything was taken care of. It was smooth and quick.

Our tv was delivered and two men from the geek squad came and installed it on our living room wall. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know about our new Samsung TV. No charge

If you havent done mounting before and need someone to do it for you, geek squad is a good way to go. I know it varies by branch but mine is great. All around good guys and made sure everything is aligned and connected to my devices. They will also clean up after themselves. Would recommend this if you need help.

TV was mounted and everything was connected. Then the guys showed me how to use the TV and bar.

The two technicians were very careful with handling, unpacking my new 50" TV. They mounted the TV on the wall and cleaned up the entire area. I am very happy with their professionalism.

i Needed to install my tv mounting bracket. I checked into the options Best Buy has for installation. Since I have geek squad service, it was at a discount and a very reasonable price. The installation only took 15 min. The rep was quick and efficient. I would definitely use this service again.

The agents mounted my TV on the wall and connected all the devices.

Technicians were professional and respectful. They did a beautiful job mounting the TV. The TV was mounted less than a month ago and I have lost the screen on the TV twice. The screen says to check the power connections. The first time it happened I shut the TV and started it again by pressing the power button. The second time it happened I had to reboot the TV. If this occurs again I will make an appointment for the Geek Squad to correct.

I made the mistake of getting a TV delivered and it arrived with a cracked screen that was not discovered until it had been mounted (by someone else). Best Buy replaced the TV, delivered it and mounted it. After telling me they were going to have to charge me, I instead got a refund. This is why I will always go to them first!

They were great - efficient and helpful. I had some issues with the call center and they were able to get me in touch with a wonderful manager who addressed my issues and got me on the right path.
