The Geek Squad is the way to go for setting up all the purchases at Best Buy. They are knowledgeable, informative and they are professionals in all they do. They are a 5 star squad that will give you relaxation when it come to setting up your purchases from Best Buy. Let them use their knowledge and technology and just kick your shoes off and relax.

My Geek Squad technician, Ariel, was amazing. Very knowledgeable & professional. He worked quickly but ensured I clearly understood what he was doing & why. He showed me how to use my new system in simple, clear terms. And he left the area cleaner than he found it. All in all, a fabulous experience!

The geek squad did an efficient job of installing my 77 inch TV and making all the necessary connections.

First time using this service, so I wasnt sure what to expect. The two technicians made for a truly excellent installation experience. They were very knowledgeable and experienced and were able to guide me in tech choices that I didnt know I needed to make while still ensuring I got what I wanted. The whole experience could not have been better. And they completed the install quickly as well.

I have been a Total Tech member for many years and Agents Fred and Alex were incredible! They installed an in-wall plug socket, a tv titling wall mount and sound bar mount in our son's new house. After the install, they mounted the TV and the Sonos sound bar. They were incredibly knowledgable about the Sonos system and gave us helpful hints about our Sonos speakers, as well as educated us about the Eero internet booster.I highly recommend Fred and Alex for their friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, and cleanliness after the project was completed.

The technicians went above and beyond, correcting the mounting done previously, and making sure my new TV was secure and ready to go. My husband was telling them why we were replacing our TV--that it had been broken in transit when we hired a JobSquirrel* (company name changed) to move from one apartment to the other. Our technician said "That's why you go with the Geeks!" and really I have to agree. The TV looks beautiful, the installation was quick and professional, and the mount now correctly swivels and tilts as it was meant to rather than the stiff movement we had before. Great work, and super, super friendly staff!

Geek Squad agents were knowlegable, courteous, professional and efficient. They worked with me to determine the best height for my TV and the installation went smoothly. TV and sound bar look great and are perfectly level.

I had Best Buy do the installation and I was extremely happy with the results. They arrived within 5 minutes of the appointment time, got right to work, mounted the TV on a bracket that I had previously had, checked all of the settings on the TV, aided me in downloading several ABS including the local cable service AB that allowed me to return the cable box I had been paying a monthly rental fee for more than 5 years. Both representatives who installed the TV were both courteous and more importantly very knowledgeable concerning the workings of the TV. They gladly answered all my questions.

They first took my fifteen year old 52 inch tv off the mount on a table stand, brought it upstairs and put on the base stand I still had for it so it could sit on a table. Then they took the new 55 inch tv out of the box and installed it on the mount. I had been worried that it was going to be problematic to do this because the stand mount was fifteen years old but it was done quickly with no problems. They even provided the new screws they needed to mount saying they had plenty and I could return the box of mounting screws I had purchased just in case. Then they wired the tv up to my cable/dvr box along with an old blu-ray dvd player I had. They set the wi-fi to it, attached the tv to my samsung account and set the settings. Then they explained in detail how to work the tv with the remote. I am older and technology challenged so I never would have figured it out without them. They were total pros who went above and beyond and were extremely kind and patient with me. Can't thank them enough.

The three gentleman who showed up to install my TV in my brand new home on my stone fireplace were professional, polite, and excellent at their jobs. They deserve more than five stars. They took their time were precise did it right the first time and it came out perfect! Highly recommend this installation service. Very very happy customer!

I had Geek Squad install my 77" flat screen and sound bar. Installation was professionally done. Service was quick and they cleaned any mess from the packing

The Geek Squad individuals that mounted our TV and connected it to the sound bar were great! They ended up having to move the existing wall mount brackets before attaching the TV. They were professional and made sure the area was thoroughly clean with all the trash removed before they left. They also provided some helpful pointers and suggestions as they reviewed the operating instructions of the TV and sound bar.

Bayerd the installer was awesome! Did it all by himself(was kinda skeptical at first, seeing him all alone)! Very polite, professional, answered all my questions and cleaned up after himself too,haha! The only con was not getting a call 24hrs prior to the appointment and narrowing the delivery & install time from 8hours (12pm to 8pm) to at least 2 hrs. (Am not sure if it was best buy’s responsibility) That was like the whole day wasted just waiting. Otherwise, the installation took only an hour from 545 to 645pm! And he connected my soundbar and made sure everything was working well before he left.

Jimmy and Brad from the Geek Squad did an exceptional job installing my tv on the living room wall. Very neat job and they made sure everything was done to my total satisfaction.

Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the Geek Squad member who mounted my big screen TV, but he is a ROCK STAR!!! My TV needed to be mounted above the fireplace, with a new wall mount which I also bought at Best Buy. Glad I bought it because the guy said that while I possibly could use the same one, the new one I bought would be much better. He measured everything, used a level, put that TV up (he had an assistant that was also great) did it in record time and perfectly!! He took the old TV (50 inch) and installed that one upstairs in my master bedroom, AFTER putting together a new TV stand that I had to buy (also at Best Buy!). He also installed my new DVD player AND Sound Bar! All items that I also purchased at Best Buy. This guy totally deserves all accolades, bonuses, raises, etc. that you will allow!! He was kind, friendly and patient...and funny! I would recommend him again in a heartbeat!! So, if his name is on record with my installation, give that man KUDOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
